Installation & Wiring Guidelines
- Install in a compatible Honeywell HC900 rack. The module is externally powered by the field voltage.
- Use the specified Euro style 36-terminal block (not included) for all field connections.
- Each input requires two terminals: connect the field voltage across them (polarity sensitive for DC).
- Ensure the applied voltage (AC or DC) is within the specified ranges for reliable operation.
- For AC signals, frequency must be between 47-63 Hz.
- Follow all local electrical codes for the voltage level being used. Use appropriate wire gauges.
- Individual channel isolation allows mixing of different voltage sources on the same module.
