- Incremental Scale Factor (ISF) equals 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) with +12.5% / -20% interchangeability error across the full 1.5 mm range.
- Deviation from best-fit straight line (DSL) remains less than ±0.06 mm (±2.3 mils) ensuring high linearity.
