• Probe Type & Thread: 3300 XL 11 mm Probe, 1/2-20 UNF thread with armor. Unthreaded length 00 = 0.0 in, overall case length 26 = 2.6 in.
• Total Length & Compatibility: Total length 50 = 5.0 meters (16.4 feet). This five-meter probe works exclusively with the five-meter Proximitor Sensor.
• Connector & Cable Option: Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with protector, plus FluidLoc cable (option 11) for improved fluid resistance.
• Materials: Tip material is Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Case material is AISI 304 stainless steel (SST). Cable is 75 Ω triaxial, FEP insulated.
• DC Resistance: Center to outer conductor resistance (RPROBE) = 7.2 ± 0.8 ohms for the 5.0 m length.

Technical Specifications & Performance

• Temperature Range: Operating and storage from -51°C to +177°C (-60°F to +351°F). Avoid prolonged exposure below -34°C to protect the pressure seal.
• Pressure Sealing: The probe seals differential pressure between tip and case using a Viton O-ring. We do not pressure test units before shipping.
• Mechanical Torque: Maximum rated torque for 1/2-20 case is 45.2 N•m (400 in•lb). Recommended installation torque is 15.2 N•m (133 in•lb).
• Connector Torque & Bend Radius: Tighten connector finger-tight; maximum torque is 0.565 N•m (5 in•lb). Minimum bend radius is 25.4 mm (1.0 in) with or without armor.
• Thread Engagement: Maximum engagement for 1/2-20 thread is 0.750 in. For M16x1.5 option, maximum is 24 mm.

Installation & Handling Guidelines

• Apply the recommended torque of 15.2 N•m when installing the probe case. Never exceed 45.2 N•m to avoid damage.
• Hand-tighten the ClickLoc connector only. Maximum torque is 0.565 N•m to prevent connector stress.
• Keep the cable bend radius at or above 25.4 mm to maintain signal integrity and cable life.
• Ensure the probe tip and case are clean and free of debris before installation.
