• Probe Type & Thread: 3300 XL 11 mm Probe, 1/2-20 UNF thread with armor. Unthreaded length option 00 = 0.0 in, overall case length 26 = 2.6 in.
• Total Length & Compatibility: Total length option 50 = 5.0 meters (16.4 feet). This five-meter probe works exclusively with the five-meter Proximitor Sensor.
• Connector & Cable: Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with protector, standard cable (option 01). Cable is 75 Ω triaxial, FEP insulated.
• Materials: Probe tip uses Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Probe case uses AISI 304 stainless steel (SST).
• DC Resistance: Center conductor to outer conductor resistance (RPROBE) = 7.2 ± 0.8 ohms for 5.0 m length.

Technical Specifications & Performance

• Temperature Range: Operating and storage temperature from -51°C to +177°C (-60°F to +351°F). Exposure below -34°C may affect the pressure seal.
• Pressure & Sealing: Probe seals differential pressure between tip and case using a Viton O-ring. Probes are not pressure tested before shipping.
• Mechanical Torque: Maximum rated torque for 1/2-20 case is 45.2 N•m (400 in•lb). Recommended torque is 15.2 N•m (133 in•lb).
• Connector Torque & Bend Radius: Finger-tight recommended, maximum 0.565 N•m (5 in•lb). Minimum bend radius is 25.4 mm (1.0 in) with or without armor.
• Thread Engagement: Maximum length of thread engagement for 1/2-20 is 0.750 in. For M16x1.5 option, max engagement is 24 mm.

Installation & Handling Guidelines

• Use the recommended torque of 15.2 N•m for the probe case to avoid damage. Do not exceed 45.2 N•m.
• Tighten the connector only finger-tight; maximum torque is 0.565 N•m to prevent overstress.
• Maintain a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm for the probe cable to preserve signal quality.
• Ensure the probe tip and case remain clean before installation. Avoid exposing the probe to temperatures below -34°C for extended periods.
• For pressure seal applications, contact the custom design department if you require a factory test.
