Installation & Wiring Guidelines

  • Connect the external DC+ to the +V terminal and DC- to the COM terminal for each group.
  • Connect the load between the output terminal and the DC- (common) of the power supply.
  • Do not exceed 0.5A continuous current per output or 6A total per group of 16 channels.
  • For inductive loads (relays, solenoids), use external flyback diodes to protect the outputs.
  • Group wiring according to the protection groups (8 channels) to minimize disruption from a fault.
