Installation & Wiring Guidelines

  • Install in a compatible Honeywell HC900 rack. Provide external DC power (6.5-32V) for the field loads.
  • Connect the external DC+ supply to the common positive of the field loads.
  • Connect the load between the output terminal (sinking side) and the DC- (common negative).
  • Wire outputs in groups of 8, each group to its own +V and COM terminals on the module.
  • Do not exceed 1A continuous current per output or 8A total per module.
  • For inductive loads, use external flyback diodes across the load to protect the output switch.
  • If an overload trips, disconnect the field power to reset the module's protection circuit.
